Pagliai’s Pizza is a long-standing Kirksville tradition. We have proudly served Northeast Missouri from the same location in the heart of the historical downtown district of Kirksville since our establishment in 1963. Ours is a business owned and operated locally and we appreciate the support that the Kirksville, Truman, A.T.S.U. and surrounding communities give us and the relationships that we have built over the decades.

Come enjoy our open atmosphere, where the cooking and preparing of our food is done front and center. When you enter the front door, you will experience the aroma of freshly prepared ingredients cooking in an old-fashioned brick oven. We have continued the tradition of using the same recipes that originated with Pagliai’s Pizza since our founding.

A wide variety of sandwiches and pizzas are offered but our world-famous item is the Palonza. A Palonza is pizza made inside-out. It is stuffed full with all of your favorite toppings encased in a pizza crust. “It’s a sandwich, but it’s not.” The Palonza is exclusive to our location which makes us the “Home of the Palonza.” The Palonza has become such an icon of Kirksville’s Pagliai’s Pizza that customers will purchase them uncooked and frozen by the cooler load. Many of our loyal customers even have them shipped across the United States to feed their Palonza addiction.
